Every time I get a ticket, which is about once a month, I face that terrible web application on the City of Seattle web site. Now I love that I can pay my ticket online, but after I enter my credit card number, must the site reply, “you entered this number”. Yes, I know I did. Now let me click the pay button. Every input is double confirmed. It is an amnesiacs nightmare, as you are liable to get halfway through and forget what you were doing.
