let you enter items without having to verify everything against a list (it takes ages!)

I think that if Lists of Bests doesn’t check with existing products, it will create a mess of duplicate.
That being said, I think that the search should only search the most popular of marked related items, even though I don’t think you can mark items as “duplicates” or related.
