Comcast should offer cable a la carte

I pay almost $100 a month for cable and watch less than 10 channels. I don’t know how many channels I actually get, let’s say 100, so my per-channel cost is $1. I’m totally willing to pay more like $3-5 per) for each channel just so I get only what I need. I feel like per-subscriber revenue might go down, but they’d get more subscribers to make up for it.

it would never be $1/channel a la carte, and why would they want their customers paying less

Should do this

$1/channel was a hypothetical number, and I’m saying I’m willing to pay more for the convenience. Plus if you pay attention to what I’m saying—I’m guessing that more people will get cable beause it’s less of a barrier, and that would make up for the decrease in per-customer revenue. Of course Comcast would like to make more money, but I’m speaking from a customer’s point of view, and isn’t it nice to believe that if you give customers what they want, you would be successful as a business?
