43 Things should call untitled entries something other than "untitled," or better yet nothing at all –3 cheers

Many, many entries are titled “untitled.” By calling these entries “untitled,” the 43 Things system is really giving them titles, which is against the entire concept of an untitled entry. Perhaps if a title is not given, the current date and time can be used as a title, or perhaps the title of the goal under which the entry is made.

Really, my biggest beef with the title “untitled” is that it is self-defeating. As soon as you call something “untitled,” it is no longer untitled. It hurts my head.

You may be happy to know that we are getting rid of titles for entries/comments on should do this (and soon they won’t be titled ‘Untitled’ either). It’s probably staying that way on 43things though.

I noticed my initial comments here in Should Do This are labeled as untitled… will this continue? I didn’t see a way to put a title to clear it away even…
