Why do people keep flying UA?
They’re never the cheapest.
They’re seldom on-time.
Their customer service principle is based on minimizing their responsibility for the damages they cause.
Their planes are never the nicest.
Their legrooms are some of the smallest I’ve seen.
I can’t absolutely find one reason I should fly them ever again.
