43 Things should fix the get_subscriptions API method

get_subscriptions only returns the first person at the moment (and if you try changing the offset to get the second person, it won’t return any person objects at all.

43 Things should expose cheers through the API 1 cheer

Either a separate method get_persons_cheers or possibly just a cheers attribute within get_person

if in the person object:

cheers_available
cheers_given
cheers_received

would be all that is required.

Lists Of Bests has done recommend items that are 'worth consuming' based on what you have consumed already

This information is available on allconsuming…

I’m just getting confused as to what functionality is available at which site. (I’m primarily at 43T user)

Lists Of Bests has done recommend items that are 'worth consuming' based on what you have consumed already 1 cheer

The idea here, is that when I consume something and think it is worth consuming – there is a wealth of information about who else thought that was also worth consuming.

Perhaps then, it would be possible to see what those other people have consumed (that you haven’t yet) and flag those up as recommended.

It’d be quite good to see who my ‘neighbours’ are (similar to Last.FM). These are people who have very similar tastes to mine (ones who have thought several of the items that I thought were ‘worth consuming’ were as well.)
Then I can ‘snoop’ their profiles and see what they like that I haven’t yet read/watched/travelled to or listened to…

43 Things should Change the wording on Zeitgeist to "people to whom you're subscribed"

This is related to this goal here on 43Things
