Flixster should add more viewing options for lists

- view by date of release
- view by original-viewing date

Vivaty should add more video options

If you put multiple displays in your scene with video they will either play at the same time, drowning each other out, or one of many errors will occur.

Features to Add:
- support for live-video & live-audio stream sources
- volume controls
- auto-play controls
- video synchronization (for multiple displays showing the same media)

Bubbles should add a stay-on-top option

For those who’ve never heard of Bubbles, it’s similar to Mozilla’s Prism only it’s a tad faster.

Creative should supply high-end OEM soundcards to mobile computer manufacturers

Currently high-end mobile computers like Dell’s XPS M1730 still only use fairly lackluster integrated soundcards. It would be nice if you could get mobile computers that really had some power for handling the processing of audio.

Microsoft should stop producing Windows and license the code

Microsoft has already done deals with Novell, Linspire, and Xandros. What Microsoft needs to do is stop while they’re slightly ahead. Apple and Linux are both catching up and taking away customers. Not to mention most people aren’t too thrilled by what Vista has to offer and from what I’ve heard Steve Ballmer pretty much admitted they don’t have the balls to deliver a better Windows by next year.

So overall I’m suggesting that Microsoft offer their code as a way for other operating systems to provide legit Windows compatibility while not being sued. This would also obviously allow Microsoft to make money off their competitors. In the long-run it’s possible such an approach would make them irrelevant but from my stand-point they don’t have an option, they’re already becoming irrelevant.

Flixster should add a timeline

Currently you can make lists but keeping track of when you first watched a movie and with whom you watched it, is not possible. A timeline would be a cool way for people to look back on their movie going experiences/dates.

NVIDIA should buy Centaur Technology

For those unaware Centaur Technology is what used to be known as Cyrix, before what was left of them was sold to VIA Technologies.

Motorola should buy Palm

Honestly I just want to see Palm gone and figured why not bundle it up with another ugly company. A merger would also help give Motorola better software expertise because currently they’re a clueless bunch.

Microsoft should buy Digital Interactive (DISCover)

Right now the Games for Windows scheme is just a marketing ploy. Which is fine but it helps if you have some meat behind your marketing schemes otherwise consumers get aggravated. Digital Interactive offers a couple advancements that could provide the extra something that would make Games for Windows meaningful to consumers.

Sony should develop an integrated PS3 platform for computers

The idea here is that you could buy a computer with a PS3 integrated. Whether this would actually be useful or not I have no idea, just an idea.
