If the suggestion box has an associated website, it should be able to be listed right under the name of the suggestion box.

Amazon EC2 should offer static ip addresses –1 cheer

When you boot an EC2 instance, you should be able to be guarenteed that you get the same IP address as you did before. This might cost a little extra, but I think its doable.
